30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your sharpener, email support@trybravvo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a short note (a photo helps) on what went wrong. We'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

In most cases you won't need to send the item back. If we do ask for a return, we'll tell you where to send it and we'll pay the return shipping. The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer or household.

How long refunds take

We process refunds within 2 business days of approving them. Your bank may take a further 5-10 business days to show the credit.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order for a full refund until it ships. Email support@trybravvo.com.

Damaged, defective or lost orders

See our shipping policy. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
