These terms apply to purchases from trybravvo.com ("Bravvo", "we", "us"), a brand of The Silver Crown Group, LLC, a United States company. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to US addresses. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, a suspected fraudulent order or an obvious pricing error); if we do, we refund any payment in full.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
3. Shipping, refunds and returns
Delivery times, cancellations and our 30-day money-back guarantee are set out in our shipping policy and refund policy, which form part of these terms.
4. Using the product safely
Knife sharpening involves sharp edges. Follow the included instructions, keep fingers away from the blade edge, supervise anyone who is inexperienced, and keep the kit and sharpened knives away from children. The sharpener is designed for straight-edged knives and isn't intended for serrated blades or scissors.
5. Warranty
Beyond our 30-day money-back guarantee and any warranty that can't be excluded by law, the product is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Content and trademarks
The content of this site belongs to The Silver Crown Group, LLC. Bravvo isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any other knife or sharpener brand.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
